About Regional Food Research & Analysis Centre

RFRAC is an international knowledge resource and multidisciplinary facility. They have a reservoir of IGNOU (RFRAC as Study Center, UP) PG Diploma Food Safety experts. The specialists also provide construction, cold chain facilities, HRD coaching, skill growth coaching, preparation for the implementation of food safety, hygiene & hygiene instruction to meal park employees who are involved in food production and meat products. They also give specialists in the creation of Mega Food Park initiatives. Following the FSSAI Plan, the RFRAC is a designated nodal agency for this purpose, as required in the FSSAI Act. RFRAC is certified and fully fitted with all the newest equipment and experiments by extremely skilled researchers and is NABL-accredited ISO / IEC 17025:2005 as well as ISO 9001:2008. They would like to tell our organization that our organization also contains a range of experts/technocrats/ financial advisers/mechanic/civil/specialized subjects in agriculture/horticulture/milk/food security / HACCP / ISO, other areas for the advantage of academia / agricultural / business people. Their objectives are the following: • Enable producers, manufacturers, traders, and customers to satisfy World Trade's worldwide threat. • Supporting development attempts by the meat sector and the trade through assessment and R&D on exporting meat products. •Provide consumers with pure and wholesome food and increase overall pure and nutritional standards. • Enterprise R&D to improve performance. • To introduce different value scheme certification programs and systems, secure meat, organic certified, global organizations accreditation. • To create the Nodal Laboratory for meat in northern India Regional Food Research and Analysis Centre. • This laboratory will help to implement the future Integrated Food Laws. • Developing the workshop as a landmark in meat experimentation and R&D worldwide.
