About Pesticide Residue Laboratory, Department of Entomology, Hisar
Pesticide Residue Laboratory functions under the Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, Hissar.
The areas of priority include the strengthening of research on bio-intensive and ecology based integrated pest management, identification of native and wild insect pollinators and their domiciliation and standardization of analytical techniques for pesticide residue elimination in environmental components.
The laboratory is involved in various research projects of eminence like -

ICAR funded Centre for Advanced Faculty Training to train scientists from SAUs and ICAR.
