    About Pesticide Referral Laboratory, Division of Agricultural Chemicals

    Pesticide Referral Laboratory, established under National Agricultural Technology Project, generates globally acceptable data for export certification and international trade. The mandate of the laboratory is to analyze referred samples and need based analysis of samples from other agencies, to act as a national facility for capacity building of trained and super speciality human resource in pesticide analysis, to develop and validate analytical methods for pesticide residue analysis and preparation of reference materials of pesticides. Pesticide Referral Laboratory has state of the art facilities in the country and manned by highly qualified, experienced and competent team of scientists and technicians. It is the first public sector laboratory in India for pesticide referral. Pesticide Referral Laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accrediated.
