    TATA Motors is one of the most popular automobile manufacturing companies in the country. They have received this recognition because of ensuring quality even in minute details. One of the components in manufacturing an automobile is the paint put over it. TATA motors have established a laboratory in Pantnager Works, Uttarakhand which specializes in testing the quality of paint which is to be applied on the automobile manufactured. This laboratory undertakes testing of paints and surface coating materials. Few of these tests are, test of viscosity, test of consistency, test of resistance to acids and alkalis and humidity and many more tests. They are driven to improve the quality of life for all its customers and clients as well as society in general. Therefore they give great significance to quality of the products they manufacture and use in their products.
