Mechanical tests include tensile tests, bend rebend tests, flattening tests, flaring tests, transverse test and compression tests. These tests help in improving the mechanical efficiency of the materials being subjected to testing procedures. To examine the materials for any corrosion from external forces the materials and instruments have to undergo corrosion tests like neutral salt spray tests, acetic salt spray tests, copper acetic salt spray tests and humidity tests. After going through these test the materials are deemed to be fit for use. Its lab has received many certifications for its excellent quality of work like RDSO spectrometric analysis, thermal calibration certificate, mechanical calibration certificate and electro technical accreditation certificate.
