    Independent testing laboratory was established under the National Council for Cement and Building Materials. This body is responsible to ensure that best practices are followed in the building an infrastructural sector of the nation. To ensure better utilization of the resources of these industries they have established various facilities and Independent testing is one of them. This testing facility is situated in Hyderabad equipped with latest technological instruments to undertake chemical and mechanical testing building materials, coal, coke, minerals, ores and other relevant materials. Since its inception it has contributed significantly to improve the conditions of the materials being used and the practices being carried forward and hence fulfilling the agenda for which it had been established.
