    About Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (South)

    Electronic Regional test Laboratories functions under the aegis of the prestigious department of Electronics and IT, Government of India. These laboratories are a part of Standardisation Testing and quality certification directorate, hence are responsible for providing testing and certification services. As the name suggests they are exclusively into electronic testing of equipment and devices. The laboratory situated in Southern India in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is one of the accredited labs which has been established under the directorate. This lab has state of the art testing instruments which offers electronic testing of medical and diagnostic equipment in its facilities’ premises. Since, the name of the lab is associated with the public sector it has certain responsibilities which bounds it to provide services matching up to some pre specified standards and which it has been successful in fulfilling.
