    The laboratory is committed to conduct businesses with strong environmental consciousness to ensure sustainable development and safe work places. The recently set up LNG import terminal at Cochin aims to meet increased requirements for LNG since the current indigenous production cannot meet the same. The terminal has a total capacity of 5MMTPA and is operating at 8% capacity. It is located in SEZ (Special Economic Zone) of Puthuvypeen near entrance of Cochin Port.
