The Micro Small and medium Enterprises Development institute, established in 1954 offers technical consultancy in various fields including chemical, food, mechanical, electricals etc., to ensure quality it has well-equipped lab which conducts mechanical and electrical testing. The lab is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The materials on which mechanical testing is performed are Regenerative Pumps, Centrifugal Jet Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps etc. and the tests which these materials undergo are Pump Performance Test and Hydrostatic Test. The materials on which electrical testing is performed are Electric Motors & Pumps, Three Phase Induction Motor and Single Phase AC & Universal Motors, few of the tests performed on these materials are Insulation Resistance Test, Reduced Voltage Running Test, Full Load Test, High Voltage Test, Leakage Current , Sound Level and many more. The organization has skilled man power thus contributing to growth and sustainability.
